1. Where is the apartment located?

The apartment is located on Estery Street, in the heart of Kraków’s Kazimierz district—one of the city’s most charming and historic neighborhoods, just a few minutes’ walk from Wawel Castle and the Main Market Square.

2. How can I make a reservation?

You can book your stay online. Simply click "Book Your Stay" to be redirected to the booking system managed by Malila Premium Apartments.

3. How does check-in work?

Self check-in is available. You will receive all the necessary details and instructions before your arrival

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM

5. How many guests can stay in the apartment?

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with one comfortable continental bed and a sofa bed.

6. Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

7. Which floor is the apartment on?

The apartment is located on the first floor. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so it is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

8. Does the apartment have air conditioning and heating?

Yes. The apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

9. Does the apartment have a kitchen?

Yes. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette, including an induction hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and all essential cookware and tableware.

10. Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

11. Are towels and toiletries provided?

Yes. Fresh towels, bed linens, and complimentary hotel toiletries, including soap and shampoo, are provided.

12. Is there a washing machine?

Yes. The apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer for guests' convenience.

13. Is parking available?

The apartment does not have a private parking space. It is located within Paid Parking Zone A, where on-street parking is available. Several private parking facilities are also located nearby.

14. Is the apartment quiet?

Yes. Although it is centrally located, the apartment is situated in a quiet part of the building, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.

15. Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. We issue VAT invoices. Please let us know during the booking process if you require one.

16. Who manages the apartment?

The apartment is professionally managed by Malila Premium Apartments, ensuring high standards of guest service, professional cleaning, and support throughout your stay.

17. Can I arrange an airport transfer?

Yes. We can arrange airport transfers to and from Kraków Airport upon request. This service is particularly convenient for international guests. Please contact us before your arrival to arrange the details.

18. Is breakfast available?

Yes. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee. Details and available options are provided during the booking process or upon request.
